សិក្ខាសាលាស្តីអំពីកិច្ចគាំពារសង្គមសម្រាប់អ្នករស់នៅជាមួយមេរោគអេដស៍ និងប្រជាជនប្រឈម

នាថ្ងៃទី០៩ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ គណៈកម្មាធិការសម្របសម្រួលសកម្មភាពសុខភាព (HACC) បានសហការបច្ចេកទេសជាមួយ UNAIDS នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីអំពីកិច្ចគាំពារសង្គមសម្រាប់អ្នករស់នៅជាមួយមេរោគអេដស៍ និងប្រជាជនប្រឈមនឹងការឆ្លងមេរោគអេដស៍ក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅសណ្ឋាគារភ្នំពេញ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ សិក្ខាសាលាមានគោលបំណងដើម្បីចែករំលែកពីព័ត៌មាននៃការផ្តល់ជូននូវកិច្ចគាំពារសង្គម និងវេទិកាពិភាក្សាលើនិតិវិធីក្នុងទទួលបាននូវប័ណ្ណសមធម៌សម្រាប់សហគមន៍ PLHIV និង KPs។ វេទិកាពិភាក្សាស្តីអំពីការទទួលបាននូវកិច្ចគាំពារសង្គមសម្រាប់សហគមន៍ PLHIV និង KPs ដោយមានវាគ្មិនកិតិ្តយស៖

Accessing for social protection among People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV) and Key Populations (KPs)

On August 9, 2023, in collaboration with UNAIDS and HACC organized the workshop on accessing for social protection among People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV) and Key Populations (KPs) at the Phnom Penh Hotel in Phnom Penh municipality. There were 77 participants, including community of PLHIV and KPs representatives, Civil Society Origination implementing HIV and AIDS programs, and Provincial Health Department (PHD) in seven provinces of Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Siem Reap, Preah Sihanouk, Kampot, Svay Rieng, and Phnom Penh. The workshop aims to provide a platform for sharing information and discussion on key challenges and lessons learned in accessing social protection and registering for equity cards amongst PLHIV and KPs in Cambodia. During the one-day workshop, The national dialogue on access to social protection among PLHIV and KPs was organized with the guest speakers of;

1. H.E Dr Tia Phalla, Vice Chair of the National AIDS Authority (NAA)
2. H.E Keo Ouly, Director of ID poor department of the Ministry of Planning
3. Dr Ngov Bora, Deputy Director of the National Centre for HIV/AIDS Dermatology and STDs (NCHADS)
4. Mr Leang Ponlok, Director of Policies department of National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
5. Dr Phok Veasna, from the Payment Certification Agency (PCA) of the Ministry of Health
6. Mr Sreng Sophornreaksmey, Director of Social Assistance Department, General Secretariat for the National Social Protection Council.
