The Health Action Coordinating Committee (HACC) successfully organized the Project Start-Up Workshop for the Civil Society Leadership in Mobilizing for Better WASH (CLIMB) project at Khsach Kandal District Hall on 24th February 2026.
This workshop gathered 88 participants, including representatives from the Provincial Health Department, District Administration, Operational District, Health Centers, ISAF and WASH focal persons, civil society organizations and partners.
One of the most impactful parts of the workshop was the interactive group discussion session, where we openly reflected on the current WASH situation and the implementation of the Social Accountability Framework (ISAF) in Khsach Kondal District. This cross-learning helped communes and health centers understand each other’s challenges and progress.
The CLIMB project is a joint effort between API, CDPO, HACC and KHANA supported by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) through WaterAid Cambodia, working together to help communities access clean water services and promote better hygiene.
