About HACC
The Health Action Coordinating Committee (HACC) is a national platform that brings together non-governmental organizations (NGOs), community-based organizations (CBOs), and other civil society actors working in the health sector in Cambodia. Established in 1995 as a forum for NGOs to share information, experiences, and lessons learned and to strengthen collaboration for an effective response to HIV and AIDS. Since early 2017, HACC has expanded its role beyond HIV and AIDS to serve as a broader coordination platform for NGOs and CBOs working across the health sector in Cambodia.
The HACC Secretariat is overseen by an elected Steering Committee, which is elected by and represents HACC member organizations.
