Workshop on Community Roles in HCV & HBV Program

In the partnership between the Hepatitis C Partnership for Control and Treatment, or Hepatitis C (PACT), Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative (DNDi), and the Health Action Coordinating Committee (HACC), and collaboration with Cambodia’s Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), one-day workshop was organized on 22 June 2023 at Phnom Penh hotel in Cambodia with 45 participants including community representative of HIV and AIDS, Tuberculosis (TB), and Village Health Support Group (VHSG) from four province of Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Cham, Sieam Reap and Battambang province. Through the workshop, Community representative and CSOs shared and learned about the issues around viral hepatitis, its screening, diagnostics and treatment and discussed on the action as the role of community on HCV & HBV program in Cambodia.
