On August 6, 2024, community representatives from 12 targeted cities/provinces gathered to present and evaluate both successes and obstacles that impacted project implementation. The meeting focused on enhancing understanding of program and budget management, including the principles and procedures set by HACC and donors for activities such as member mobilization and conducting Community Led Monitoring (CLM).
Additionally, the meeting provided an opportunity for members who had executed outstanding activities to showcase and share their experiences, particularly in communicating with local authorities and ensuring strong cooperation from relevant stakeholders.
The meeting was funded by the Global Fund (GF), coordinated by HACC.
