On 5th September 2024, the Health Action Coordinating Committee (HACC) organized the 92nd Quarterly Membership Meeting at the GIA Tower – Garden In the Air.
The meeting featured discussions on various topics, including key findings from the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) survey conducted by Plan International Cambodia, key achievements and outcomes from the Promoting Healthy Behavior (PHV) TB program, and an introduction to Johanniter organization and their mental health and HIV/AIDS projects. Additionally, results from the 25th International AIDS Conference were shared, and a panel discussion on SRHR was held with representatives from the National Program of SRHR at the National Maternal Child and Health Center, Plan International Cambodia, UNFPA Cambodia, and the School Health Department of the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport.
#HACC, known as the network of NGOs working in the health sector in Cambodia, regularly organizes membership meetings every quarter. NGO members are invited to share various health topics to raise awareness, inform, and advocate. The next meeting is scheduled for December.
