On August 22 and 23, 2024, the Tbong Khmum Provincial Health Department, with support from the USAID Enhancing Quality of Healthcare Activity (USAID EQHA II) project, held a workshop aimed at reviewing the results of the provincial National Quality Enhancement Monitoring (NQEM II) and developing the Quality Improvement Plan for both the Provincial Health Department (PHD) and Operational District (OD). The event was attended by 74 participants, including PHD and OD assessors, who gained a thorough understanding of the goals, objectives, and key activities of the USAID EQHA II project. Additionally, attendees revisited their knowledge of the NQEM II mechanism and the Model For Improvement (MFI) methods and tools. The workshop led to the development of the Quality Improvement Plan for their respective institutions.
HACC has received technical assistance and funding from FHI 360 for implementing the USAID Enhancing Quality of Healthcare Activity II in Kampong Cham, Tbong Khmum, and Mondulkiri.
