On December 5, 2024, at the 4th Quarterly Meeting of 2024, Chairស of the 5 community networks and leaders of the 12 provincial/municipal DFoNPAMs came together to present their achievements, challenges in their implementation of the community system strengthening project and community-led monitoring (CLM) for the whole year.
Overall, community representatives worked actively with the community, such as finding and recruiting new community members, seeking support for community members to receive social protection scheme, and bringing the community voice to further disseminate in meetings with stakeholders.
According to community representatives, the problems encountered are:
– Some KPs are far away, difficult to meet and do not have smart phones to participate in the CLM
– Most target groups have health problems, and they do not have the courage to go to receive health services and other services
– The implementation of the CLM system has not been disseminated to stakeholders and communities in all areas yet
– Key population groups do not cooperate in providing information, do not reveal their identities, and do not dare to accept the truth
– Local authorities do not fully support.
