To address challenges and ensure the continuity of activities during project implementation, H.A.C.C. coordinated and organized quarterly meetings for FoNPAM and DFoNPAM. For the first quarter of 2025, the topics focused on the annual project plan, FoNPAM’s plan, and the key performance indicators for both FoNPAM and DFoNPAM for the year 2025.
The meeting also focused on reviewing the implementation of key activities, including leadership and community representation, strengthening CLM implementation, reporting to relevant departments, registering new members, enhancing collaboration with stakeholders, and participating in relevant meetings.
Additionally, the meeting introduced DFoNPAM to the use of communication technology systems in daily work, ensuring that the efforts of community representatives are well received by relevant stakeholders.
The meeting was held on February 20, 2025, in Mondulkiri province.
