We have established a response mechanism and response team in four locations: Siem Reap, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, and Phnom Penh.
On May 20, 2025, the National AIDS Authority (NAA), in collaboration with HACC, organized the first dissemination and orientation workshop on the implementation of the HIV-Related Stigma and Discrimination Reporting and Response Mechanism.
When community members voluntarily report cases of stigma or discrimination, an alert is sent to the response team in their area. The team then carries out appropriate and timely intervention.
