On January 22 – 23, 2025, HACC coordinated inter-generational dialogues bringing together 162 participants (135 females) including parents, disabled persons, commune council for women, and children (CCWC), village health support group (VHSGs), and youth.
The dialogue discussed sexual and reproductive health and right topics such as family planning, and early pregnancy, shared health issues from the community, and sought support from health staff center, CCWC, and VHSGs.
From the dialogue, parents and caregivers were encouraged to support young people in accessing adolescent-friendly health services at the center. These services are available 24 hours a day, and youth can visit at their convenience to speak with either male or female nurses.
The dialogue took places in Traping Plos, Kouk Yang, Srey Khav, and Phum Thmey village, Siem Reap province.
