With the co-financial support of DFAT through UNAIDS and Frontline AIDS, HACC has collaborated with EpiC-FHI360 and supported the FoNPAMs and DFoNPAMs in organizing the Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) forum for generating root causes of related issues and addressing the quantitative results of the processing on the advocacy agenda as the action plan for improving the services. From February 8 to 16, 2023, three CLM forums were held in the provinces of Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, and Svay Rieng. There were around 60 participants in each forum, including community members of PLHIV and KPs and key stakeholders of policymakers, service providers, program implementors, and local authorities. Both community members and key stakeholders have strongly supported the CLM implementation and fully agreed on the result of community feedback for improving points on Prevention, Care &Treatment, STI intervention, Stigma & Discrimination and Social protection.

HACC បានគាំទ្រ FONPAMS និង DFONPAMS រៀបចំវេទិកាស្តីអំពីការអនុវត្ត និងលទ្ធផលព័ត៌មានត្រឡប់ពីសហគមន៍ (CLM) ដើម្បីពិភាក្សា និងប្រមូលមូលហេតុឫសគល់នៃបញ្ហា និងដំណោះស្រាយជាវិជ្ជមាននៃភាពប្រស់រឡើងលើសេវា និងកម្មវិធីអេដស៍។ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ០៨ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី ១៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣នេះ វេទិកា CLM ចំនួន០៣ ត្រូវបានប្រារព្ធឡើងនៅខេត្ត បាត់ដំបង បន្ទាយមានជ័យ និង ស្វាយរៀង ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមប្រហែល ៦០ នាក់នៅក្នុងវេទិកានីមួយៗ រួមទាំងសមាជិកសហគមន៍នៃPLHIV និង KPS និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗនៃអ្នកបង្កើតគោលនយោបាយ អ្នកផ្តល់សេវា អ្នកអនុវត្តកម្មវិធី និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន។ ទាំងសមាជិកសហគមន៍ និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ បានគាំទ្រយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះការអនុវត្ត CLM និងបានឯកភាពទាំងស្រុងលើលទ្ធផលនៃមតិកែលម្អសហគមន៍សម្រាប់ការកែលម្អ លើការបង្ការ ការថែទាំ និងការព្យាបាល សេវាកាមរោគ ការមាក់ងាយ និងការរើសអើង និងកិច្ចគាំពារសង្គម។ កម្មវិធីនេះគាំទ្រផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុរបស់ DFAT តាមរយៈ UNAIDS និង FRONTLINE AIDS និងសហការបច្ចេកទេសដោយ EPIC-FHI360។
