With the funding support of DFAT through UNAIDS Cambodia, There were 30 DFoNPAMs representatives successfully completed the training course on the comprehensive leadership program which comprised of three modules 1st “Me and My Leadership”, 2nd “Me and My Organization” and 3rd “Me and My Communication with Others”. HACC has collaborated with VBNK as the technical assistant on the delivery and facilitation of 10 days training course from 14th Dec 2022 to 23rd Feb 2023. Through this leadership program, DFoNPAMs gained more confidence and were influenced to contribute to HIV program especially the target of 95 95 95 and to end AIDS in 2025.
ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពតំណាងឌីហ្វុនប៉ាមលើកម្មវិធីភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំសហគមន៍
តំណាងវេទិកាឌីហ្វុនប៉ាមចំនួន៣០រូប ត្រូវបានពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពដោយជោគជ័យលើកម្មវិធីភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំសហគមន៍ ដែលរួមមាន០៣វគ្គ គឺទី១ “ខ្ញុំ និងភាពដឹកនាំរបស់ខ្ញុំ” ទី២ “ខ្ញុំ និងសា្ថប័នរបស់ខ្ញុំ” និងទី៣ “ខ្ញុំ និងការទំនាក់ទំនងរបស់របស់”។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះរយៈពេល១០ថ្ងៃ ដែលបានចាប់ផ្តើមពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ដល់ ថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣។ កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំនេះ នឹងផ្តល់អោយតំណាងសហគមន៍ មានទំនុកចិត្ត និងឥទ្ធិពល ក្នុងការបំពេញតួនាទីជាអ្នកដឹកនាំសហគមន៍ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកឆ្លើយតបនឹងកម្មវិធីអេដស៍ ជាការសំរេចបាននូវគោលដៅ ៩៥ ៩៥ ៩៥ និងការបញ្ចប់អេដស៍នាឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលលនេះ HACC បានសហគការណ៍ជាមួយ VBNK ក្នុងការសម្របសម្រួល ក្រោមការគាំទ្រថវិកាពីDFAT តាមរយៈ UNAIDS ប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
