To date, the CLM has undergone three major revisions. This third revision has expanded the scope of the CLM to cover more topics, including:
(1) Prevention HIV Test and STI
(2) Care, Treatment and STI
(3) Social Protection and HEF
(4) Mental Health
(5) Gender Based Violence (GBV)
(6) Stigma, Discrimination and Legal Service
The new CLM is more detailed and aligned with the national strategic plan. In addition, the CLM incorporates improved data verification measures.
On March 20-21, 2025, HACC provided training to members of the FONPAM and DFONPAM, who are direct implementor, on the new version, so that they could understand each questionnaire in depth and know how to use the data to seek support from stakeholders.
This third version of CLM will ensure that the CLM data obtained is accurate, reflects the reality in the community, and is relevant to the current HIV intervention program and is in line with The 6th Comprehensive and Multisectoral National Strategic Plan to Respond to HIV 2024-2028, contributing to the broader HIV and AIDS response efforts.
The new CLM will be implemented from 1 April 2025 onwards.
