Relevant institutions participated in a discussion to identify key issues and mechanisms for creating an enabling environment for entertainment workers in entertainment establishments to receive HIV prevention education and testing services. The discussion also focused on the topic of obtaining national insurance for key populations.
Two forums on enabling environments for HIV/AIDS response programs were organized in Banteay Meanchey and Siem Reap provinces on February 13 and 14, 2025, respectively.
