MSIC is looking for and HR intern. HR internship is the opportunity to learn various aspect of HR and administration to gain skills and experience for future job.
HR Intern is responsible for performing day-to-day aspects of HR administration and supporting daily activities, including operational support to the program and assist in doing and keeping the administration in Human Resource section, staff recruitment, assist in preparing payroll and other human resources administrative works as assigned.
Duration of the internship is 6 months.
- Human Resources
- Assist in updating personnel files for all staffs as well as office files including insurance, and others contract
- Assist in updating employee information are proper recorded in HR system
- Assist in updating new staff information in to the HR system
- Record compensate leave into HR system
- Assist on recruitment activities such as: post out the job advertise to medias, collect CVs, schedule and contact candidate etc.
- Responsible for preparing formal letter ( employment contract, probation, promotion, termination and MSIC recommendation letters )
- Assist in colleting and checking extra services from clinic team.
- Assisting in collecting staff documents at the start and leave of staff
- Assist in inducting to new staff on LMS system and ensuring AFB course is taken
- Assist in inducting to new staff how to use E-leave system
- Administration
- Assist in preparing PR/Invoice approval
- Assist in arranging air ticket booking, visa requirement and travel arrangement for both local staff and visitor
- Assist in delivering/picking document to authorities/ministries and relevant organizations
- Assist in organizing staff activities and events
- Assist in collecting attendant list from centre backup providers
- Other tasks:
- Undertaking other responsibilities as assigned by HR Managers
- Assisting other staff as requested
- Qualifications/Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant field or relevant experience
- Year 3 student or fresh graduate in human resources, management or related field.
- Experience of managing many tasks and meeting deadlines (desirable)
- Skills:
- Fluent in Khmer both oral and written
- English oral and written (basic level)
- Strong interpersonal & listening skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Computer literate – Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attitude / Motivation:
- Strong supporter of sexual reproductive health rights for all men/women, including abortion services
- Desire to apply strong office skills to achieve social outcomes
