methodological approach which has been applied in the NASA III and described in the NASA III
report.

UNDP in collaboration with UNAID and NAA has launched HIV Sensitive Social Protection Report on 19 September 2013 from 8:00AM to 12: 00AM at Phnom Penh Hotel. The launching meeting was chaired by HE. Dr. Kao Try, deputy chair of the NAA. Government Officers from National and Sub-national, UN, INGO and Civil Society NGOs have been invited to join this meeting.

Investigation of expired ARV drug distributed among PLHIV in Cambodia was conducted by HACCan umbrella network of 120 local and international NGOs worked in close collaboration with ARV Users Association (AUA), Cambodian Community of Women living with HIV (CCW) and Advanced Research Consultant Team (ART) as well as HACC’s members at the provincial level such as SCC, BFD, SEADO, CPR, DYMP, BWAP and CARITAS Cambodia. |

In 2000, when global leaders gathered to discuss the agenda for the Millennium Development Goals, 18.8 million people had died of AIDS, a further 34.3 million were living with HIV and few had access to antiretroviral therapy (ART). The subsequent prominence of AIDS in the MDG framework (MDG 6) in combination with other global commitments has generated unprecedented resources, action and impact.
